For schools

Your sport program shouldn't run on 40 spreadsheets.

I help heads of sport, academy directors and school admin teams get their data sorted and automate the stuff that eats their week, using the tools you've already got.

The stuff I hear from schools.

“Carnival results take us a week to sort out.”Carnivals and events
“Every term I rebuild the same reports by hand.”Manual reporting
“We've got forms going everywhere and nobody can find anything.”Forms chaos
“Our academy kids get tested, then the data just sits there.”Data that goes nowhere
“Staff are already using AI. We don't know if it's safe.”AI without a plan
“I'm a teacher, not an IT department.”No time, no help

Practical stuff that saves hours every term.

01

Carnivals and results, sorted

Entries, heats, results and house points flowing from a form to a live leaderboard, with results emailed out the same afternoon.

02

Forms, sheets and emails joined up

Permission notes, team selections, uniform orders, trial sign-ups. One flow instead of five, with the follow-up emails sending themselves.

03

Academy and sport program tracking

Testing, attendance and training load in one place, with a simple report for coaches and a summary for parents and leadership.

04

Safe, useful AI for staff

Sensible guardrails, the right tools, and a few set-ups that save real time, like drafting reports or answering policy questions from your own documents.

Start with a Quick Win.

Pick the one job that annoys you most. I'll automate it in a week or two for a fixed price, from $2,000. If it works, we look at what's next. Works with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, whatever your school runs.

Carnival results on paper
Live leaderboard, emailed results
Trial sign-ups in five inboxes
One form, one list, auto-replies
Termly sport report built by hand
Builds itself from the data
Fitness testing in a drawer
Progress report per student

Tell me what's driving you mad

The fine print

Will this work with our school's systems?

Almost certainly. I work inside Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and with whatever your school already uses. No new software unless it pays for itself, and nothing that gets around your IT team.

What about student privacy?

Student data stays inside your school's accounts, I follow your IT and privacy policies, and I set up only the access each person needs. I've worked with sensitive athlete data under the Privacy Act for years.

Our budget's tight. Is that a problem?

Not at all. That's what the Quick Win is for. Fixed price, small scope, and a result you can show your principal.

Do you have an app for school sport?

I'm also building Upfield, an app for school sport programs. If that's what you need, I'll point you there. The consulting work is the custom stuff around it.
